Notice re. Holiday Hours

The office will be operating under reduced hours over the holiday period. From December 22, 2025 - January 2, 2026 we will be open for SAME DAY URGENT concerns exclusively in the mornings and closed in the afternoons.

We will be completely closed for the statutory holidays (December 25, December 26, January 1). The After Hours Clinic is available Monday-Thursday 5:00pm - 8:30pm and Sat/Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm at 1-888-308-5228, with calls redirected to a Telehealth Nurse on the statutory holidays who can reach the physician on call if deemed necessary. We will reopen with our full hours on January 5, 2026.

Please note as a standard timeline, the College of Physician and Surgeons indicates possible turnaround for non-urgent notes or refill requests are permitted to be up to 1-2 weeks and insurance paper work to be up to 3-4 weeks or longer in some cases. While these tasks are often completed sooner, over the holidays it is possible for the wait to be as stated above. We appreciate you ensuring your medication refills are up to date and requesting them or other required notes, etc with ample time to account for these timelines.

We continue to stock the Flu and COVID vaccines in the office to be given by appointment. If you have not received them yet this season, COVID boosters are recommended to wait 3 months after last known COVID infection and 3-6 months after last injection. We are not booking any routine immunization visits during the holiday break.
Dr. Mersereau's Patients
Please welcome Dr. Beelen and Dr. Pasion as they cover Dr. Mersereau's maternity leave. Dr. Beelen will be here from August-Septemeber 2025, and Dr. Pasion will be here from October 2025-February 2026.
Vaccines
We ask that you call to book an appointment for a vaccine when you are due so we can ensure it is in stock for when you come in.
