Guelph Family Health Team

We are part of the Guelph Family Health Team (GFHT). GFHT runs programs and workshops that are available for patients of our practice. For a list of these programs and registration information, please see the link below:

GFHT Programs

Please welcome EMILY DI TRANI (NP) - our newest edition. She comes with a strong nursing background and will be working in the capacity as a nurse practitioner in our office to deliver comprehensive primary care on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Patients rostered to Dr.'s. Mikelsons, Mersereau and Luong will have the opportunity to schedule new and ongoing follow-up appointments with Emily

Vaccines

We ask that you call to book an appointment for a vaccine when you are due so we can ensure it is in stock for when you come in. We will be offering COVID, flu and RSV vaccines in the fall when they are made available to us by Public Health.
