After Hours Clinic

The After Hours Clinic is meant for urgent issues that arise outside of regular office hours. This service is available for any patient of Drs. Luong, Mersereau, and Pasion. We offer same-day appointments during office hours for urgent issues during the daytime so please try to call the office first to book an appointment.

The After Hours Clinic is available Mon-Thurs 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm and Sat/Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Outside these hours your call will be triaged by a Telehealth nurse. When calling our after hours number, you will be connected to the on-call physician, who will determine the urgency of your issues and advise you of the time and place to be seen in person if necessary. Note that the After Hours Clinic location will depend on the physician on call, and may not be located at the Westmount Clinic.
